yes, it’s really going to happen. donald trump is going to be the republican nominee for president. done deal. cannot be contested. it’s not going to be kasich, he and cruz dropped out. it’s the donald. he did it.
bernie just won another one, and it looks like the democratic convention could be a contested one. but the one here in 74 days. it’s going to be a trump anointing party here, in a city that is one of the true liberal bastions of the rust belt.
it’s some kinda cosmic joke, right? i mean, cthulhu is coming too, right? nyarlathotep?
i know what to do. fresh fruit for rotting vegetables, still one of my faves, and it came out in 1980. i was still in kansas city.
carter was going to get creamed by Reagan, ronnie ray gun, and the whole entire yuppie greed thing came out in full force. the bleak bleak 80’s. crack. AIDS.
the moral majority. DARE to keep kids off drugs. trickle down economics.
and here we are, in 2016, and it’s like the fucking apocalypse, and it’s cleveland as ground zero.
